i just wash the teething toys with hot water and antibacterial soap. For the stuffed toys like whoozit, i wipe it with antibacterial wipe only once in a while, now you make me feel bad that I don't wash it often :) sometimes i wash it in water, evne tho the isntruction says surface clean...
For stuffed toys that are washable, I run the toys through the washing machine on hot water. For all other toys, I soak them in hot water and dishwashing soap and give a good rinse afterwards.
BTW: If NJ hasn't been sick, you don't have to get overly nervous about cleaning. Since he has allergies (eczema), you'll want to lay off on too many soaps and perfumes. Also keeping his environment just a little bit more "germy" (not grimey but no need to make the place like an operating room) will help his immune system in the way of developing fewer allergies and asthma.

Sometimes I put the toys in the dishwasher. Sometimes, I'll rinse with just soap and water.
soap and water, and sometimes the dishwasher - top rack. and for toys after other kids have played iwth it, baby wipes.
Another vote for the dishwasher! Or sometimes the washing machine. Kathryn's Lovey goes in the machine at least once a week.
